Designation: Assistant Branch Sales Manager/Management Trainee
Reporting to: RSM
Desired Education: Graduate /MBA in Marketing & Sales
The company provides finance/loans to MSMEs (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) upto 5 crore Rupees. The job involves the below:
Responsible for Sales of MEF Products –Equipment Funding/Machinery Funding.
Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)
Customer Service – Address walk in customers issues
Reach out to SME Equipment Manufacturers for empanelment and design focused lending products for SME customers.
Handling and sourcing from Channels – DSA, Connectors and Charted Accountant.
Take Complete ownership of Sales Channel Management involving lead tracking, follow through and pay-outs.
Managing Operations activity & Sales Data analytics and reporting for periodic
Business Reviews and conferences.
Deepening of existing customers and ensure retention of customers.
Generate referrals from internal database.
Good Relationship Management skills
Knowledge of NBFC industry and loan process, KYC, verification process
Good communication & presentation skills
