Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
Manage the full lifecycle of recruitments of PAN India on a 365 days in a year model.
Build blueprints of recruiting plan in consultation with the team and available resources.
Create, groom and retain a performing team.
Provide day to day support to key stakeholders across all functions and ensure all recruiting policies and processes are in place and add value to the business.
Ensure process adherence and hiring completion within the time frame.
Develop and manage various sourcing channels like Consultants, Vendors, Educational Institutions, etc.
Manage logistics to organize multiple recruitment drives at different locations.
Build successful relationships with business managers to understand their hiring needs.
Proactively seek opportunities to increase value by raising standards and championing best practices, as well as actively looking for opportunities to create value for our business.
Develop, improve and continuous evolvement of recruitment plan and process to align with the prevalent market practices.
Maintaining & publishing various trackers & MIS reports.

Campus Recruitment Officer
Job Description:
Lead the full life cycle of recruitment for various openings on a monthly basis.
Draft job descriptions, push them through all talent acquisition channels and coordinate. Candidate sourcing with the same.
Screen candidates and conduct first round interviews to ensure their qualifications meet open. Positions.
Coordinate and organize in-person interview rounds.
Build and maintain a strong network to source candidates from various channels including referrals and not only rely on job portals, social networking and other classified job sites.
Utilize your innovative and effective convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Branch Coordinator
Job Description:
Working as Interface between ICICI Bank and i-Process.
Maintaining Self Regulating Tracker to monitor timely closure of service requests.
Sharing weekly reports and dashboards with business.
Taking care of business escalations of the respective branch.
Keeping a track of selections of candidates which is under process.
Working on all hiring deviation cases.
